To make sure everything goes smoothly, please don't just return your products without contacting us at contact@justspices.com first so we can take care of you!
If you want to cancel, and the delivery is still in transit, you can refuse it at the door on delivery.
It will then be returned to us directly and free of charge. If you accept it or it gets dropped at your doorstep, you would have to pay for the return shipping yourself.
Important:
Please do not forget to enclose the cancellation form with your order number in the package. Otherwise, we won’t be able to identify your return.
As soon as the return has been booked, we’ll refund the amount to you.
