In order for us to process your complaint, we’ll need your order number as well as a few clear photos of the defect via e-mail.Most importantly:
- A picture of the outside of the package or spice.
- A picture of the contents of the package (filling paper, etc.) or spice (contents of the can).
- A picture of the defect itself and, in the case of a defect on a can, a picture of the bottom of the can.
Important: Unfortunately, we can only process complaints if, for example, the can or the package is still present. Complaints that have already been disposed of are unfortunately excluded from processing.
