If your order is incomplete, or for any other reason, please do get in touch with us.
In order to be able to process your refund, please send us via e-mail your order number as well as some clear photos of the fault.
What we really need are:
- A photo of the outside of the parcel and/or spices
- A photo of the contents of the parcel (packaging etc.), and/or spices (contents of the container)
- A photo of the fault itself and, for faults with the container, a photo of the underside of the container as well
Please note: Unfortunately, we can only process refunds if the packaging or container, for example, has not already been disposed of.
Refunds where packaging has already been disposed of are unfortunately not accepted.
