If a return has been initiated by our shipping partner, then your package could not be delivered or received a “delivery not possible” flag from our shippers.
If your package cannot be delivered (delivery not possible), then it will automatically be
returned to us.
At that stage, we won’t be able to resend your order because all returns are automatically refunded.
The refund can take up to 5 working days after the return has arrived.
