Forgot to redeem your voucher and want to add it retroactively?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a voucher once your order has been completed. 😕
This is because:
- Completed orders cannot be amended once the order has been completed.
- The order is sent immediately to our warehouse, where it’s immediately prepared, so it’s no longer possible to alter or change orders.
If the voucher is not visible in the order summary, then unfortunately it hasn't been accepted.
